On our fourth day, we headed to Al Ain, the fourth largest city in the United Arab Emirates. It is known as the Garden City due to its lush greenery.
We first visited Al Ain Mall located at the heart of the city.
Al Ain Oasis, the largest oasis in the city.
Al Ain National Museum, the oldest museum in the entire UAE.
Al Ain Central Market, where we saw lots of camels on sale.
Around 1:00pm, we went on a roadtrip to Jebel Hafeet located at the mountainous part of Al Ain. The area actually straddles part of the border with Oman.
This is the view from the top of Jebel Hafeet.
Our multiple failed jump shots!
Our version of rock climbing! Haha!
We bought so many food from Al Taawun Restaurant in downtown Al Ain and ate them all at the top of Jebel Hafeet.
After lunch, we strolled in the playground to burn off some calories.
On our way down Jebel Hafeet, we requested our driver to stop the car so that we could snap these awesome photos!
This is the view at the foothills of Jebel Hafeet.
Before we bade Al Ain goodbye, we visited the Green Mubazarrah Hot Spring. The whole place exudes an air of serenity that I will definitely miss!
Goodbye Al Ain!
Amazing sunset view of Burj Khalifa on our way back to Dubai.
