Tokyo: Futuristic Odaiba

Jam and I took the Tokyo Bay Cruise to Odaiba Seaside Park, a man-made park that gave us a magnificent view of Tokyo's waterfront. We arrived around 5:30pm, which was just in time because the lights were already up! We first saw the Rainbow Bridge and Tokyo's version of the Statue of LibertyJust walking distance from the docking harbor were Decks Tokyo Beach and Aquacity Odaiba offering a variety of shops and restaurants.

We then took the train to the Telecom Center which gave us the chance to see the entire city of Tokyo from the building's observatory. The entrance fee was quite pricey though: ¥ 500. Our last stop was Palette Town where the majestic Venus Fort Mall is located.

Also in Palette Town were the Mega Web Toyota Showroom and History GarageWe stayed in Odaiba until 8:00pm and proceeded to Akabanebashi to see the Tokyo Tower.
